# 송장 재출력하기

[송장 자동 등록 / 출력](/learn-sixshop/store-manager/add-ons/goodsflow-guide.md) 기능 이용하여 송장을 출력한 경우 발급된 송장을 취소한 후 재출력 할 수 있습니다.  

### 1. 송장 발급 취소하기

식스샵의 송장 발급 취소하기는 송장 재출력을 위한 과정으로 택배사 집화 취소 처리는 되지 않습니다. 집화 취소가 필요할 경우 이용하는 택배사로 문의해 주세요.

#### \[송장 발급 취소가 가능한 경우]

* 송장 자동 등록 / 출력 애드온으로 발급된 송장인 경우
* 택배가 집화되지 않은 상태인 경우  
* 주문 상태가 '배송 중'인 상태인 경우  
* 식스샵 자사몰 주문인 경우 (네이버페이 주문은 네이버페이 센터에서 취소할 수 있습니다.)

[\[식스샵 > 주문\]](https://www.sixshop.com/dashboard/shop-orders)에서 해당하는주문을 선택하고 \[송장 발급 취소하기] 버튼을 클릭해 주세요. \
여러 주문을 한 번에 취소할 수 없으며 한 번에 한 건만 선택하여 취소가 가능합니다.

\[송장 발급 취소하기]하면 주문 상태는 \[배송 중 → 배송 준비] 상태로 자동 변경됩니다. \
이 때 배송 준비 상태 변경 알림(이메일 / 알림톡 / 문자)은 발신되지 않습니다.

### 2. 송장 출력하기

송장 발급 취소 후에는 다른 주문과 동일하게 송장을 출력해 주시면 됩니다.
